I have tried many ways to increase my bust size naturally. From pectoral exercises, breast massage, and natural supplements, I think I have tried everything. My hope is that explaining my experience will help other small busted women achieve their goals of increasing their bust size while also accepting and loving their bodies. These are the natural bust enhancement techniques I have tried.

Pectoral Exercises

I did see a difference with pectoral exercises. It was a very slight difference, but I do recommend adding some chest presses and push ups to your gym regimen. For chest presses, lie on your back with your knees bent. Hold one dumbbell in each hand, making sure your feet are flat on the ground. Bend your elbow at a 90 degree angle, and lift the weights toward ceiling. Touch the weights together and then slowly lower back to the starting position. I recommend 3 to 4 sets of each,10 reps, 5 days a week. For push ups, get on your hands and knees, and extend your legs out behind you.

Balancing on your toes, slowing bend your arms toward the floor. Pull yourself back up using your arm and chest muscles. Make sure to keep your back straight. I recommend 3 to 4 sets each, 10 reps, 5 days a week. I added this to my elliptical training and leg work, and my bra got a little bit tighter. This natural bust enhancement trick actually worked. If nothing else you will feel better because you are getting into shape. Please talk to your doctor before starting any exercise routine, especially if you don't exercise regularly.

Breast Massage

I think the whole massage thing is a scam, most likely created by a horny husband who just wanted a little action. I did give it a shot though, and after 2 bottles of lotion the only difference I saw was very moisturized boobies and a very happy husband.

Natural Supplements

There are many websites that sell herbal breast enhancement supplements online. After a lot of research, I made a list of herbal supplements that can be found online and at the local health food store. Some herbs that claim to encourage breast growth are:

Black cohosh

Fennel

Kava

Wild Yam

Saw Palmetto

I tried the Kava, as a powder supplement. I bought it at a local health food store. I used it for 2 weeks, and upon the advice of a friend I went back to the store to ask about these supplements. My friend was worried I may start to develop chest hair or grow a tail. The store manager said there is no evidence to suggest that these herbal supplements encourage breast growth, and that it can get very dangerous to mix the supplements together. I threw the Kava away the same day.

I don't want to have breast enhancement surgery, and I have learned to love my body. There are many advantages to having a small cup size. I can run without a sports bra, I don't have to worry about them getting saggy, and my husband loves my small breasts. If you are looking for natural bust enhancement tricks, I suggest a gym membership and a trip to the mall for some bras.
